Summary of Experience:
Mr. Renegar has extensive experience in heavy civil, mining, and underground civil construction. He has served in project management and engineering capacities in the underground mining industry and on numerous civil public works projects for hydroelectric power, water conveyance, and underground nuclear storage. When Mr. Renegar was not in the field managing underground construction projects, he was directly supporting field operations by providing Value Engineering analyses, investigating project opportunities and preparing proposals, estimating construction costs and schedules, preparing contract drawings and documents, and managing and administering contracts.
